What a horrible excuse for a medical facility! I called at 9 AM to make an appointment as a new patient. I was told to fill out paperwork and wait for a phone call that never came. I've never been told I have to wait for a phone call to make an appointment with a doctor. They always make an appt. and tell you to show up a little early to fill out paperwork. Does it take all day (or longer) to review 2 pages? Are they trying to decide if I'm "worthy" of being a patient? Inexcusable way to treat sick people! I'm reporting them to AMA, Better Business Bureau & everyone else I can think of.
